Guest Ratings & Reviews
The hotel offers rooms with perfectly chosen furniture to match the theme, complete with a balcony and very low lighting. The 2 big chairs alongside the king bed add to the comfort of the stay. Although the price may be a bit high for some, the value for money is undeniable.
This hotel is a true gem, located in a quiet area of the city but close enough to everything. The rooms are spacious, modern, and offer a spa bath and a balcony with a breathtaking view, just like the ones shown in the photos online. The service from their manager was exceptional, and the housekeeping and laundry services were top-notch. However, the dining experience, though offering sweet cakes, has room for improvement. The hotel's facilities are fantastic, making for a memorable stay.
The hotel is conveniently located near the Conference Centre and above the Thai restaurant, making it easy to access the Botanical gardens tram stop and the city center. It's also near the main shopping area and great eateries. The rooms are spacious and come with local magazines, big chairs, a king bed, and a large opening window. The service, led by the manager, is exceptional, with top-notch housekeeping and laundry services. The dining experience offers typical local products. However, the price may not be the most budget-friendly, and some facilities could use improvement.
